NECL Consultancy was established in 2004 as a center, which provides counseling on options to school-leavers and young adults seeking advice on further education and training. Twenty five years ago, education opportunities were limited in Bangladesh and information centers here did not have adequate resources to advice parents and students on further education opportunities for both high-achieving and low-achieving students. With that in
mind, NECL Consultancy was founded on the philosophy to provideservices for students and adults looking for continuing education pathways academically as well as for those who want a vocational direction.
This is the distinguishing feature, which differentiates us right from the beginning. Today our service is extended to serving as a one-stop education advisory and placement centre, providing free, comprehensive educational counseling to parents and students seeking professional advice on further education ranging from school, pre-university to tertiary level. We have a team of experienced multilingual counselors to guide students through the entire process of arranging their study overseas in the UK, USA ,Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Malaysia, , Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus, Poland, Estonia, Norway, Romania and Italy. Since our establishment in 2004, we have successfully sent more than 4,000 students to more than 50 best institutions in various countries.
Our service is complete. We begin with identifying the profile and needs of the student and guiding the student to select a right course of study and a college or university based on market trends, needs, prospects, financial budget and other relevant important aspects. This is followed up with assisting students in making applications to colleges/universities, advising them on acceptance of offer, visa submission, flight and accommodation arrangement and arriving at their study destination.

In Memory of Founder Md.Jafar Ahammed Choudhuri
Our Founder, Late Mr. Jafar Ahammed Chaudhuri (M.Sc) was also a devoted substantial part of his busy schedule in student counseling. He had a successful work experience of 11 years since 2004 in Student Counseling. He supervises the overall managerial operations of the NECL Consultancy with his excellent expertise.
On behalf of The NECL Consultancy, we always remember and express our sincere and deep sorrow on the demise of Mr. Jafar Ahammed Chaudhuri on 20th of December, 2016 surrounded by his loving family, friends and colleagues at a very early age. He fought against cancer for more than two years. The grief of his loss of NECL beloved founder is profound and deeply moving to witness. Like millions the world over, we too share in this grief. NECL has lost its most faithful and loyal of a founder who has left a precious legacy of hard work sincerity, peace, prosperity and stability for his people and students. He has done education counseling proud, and no student could ask for more. NECL member has lost one of its most brilliant and wisest leader of its own, a wise and powerful global statesman, whose life is a testimony of fortitude, dedication and integrity, and whose advice was sought by everyone.
